- Will my NZ accountant accept HirePOS GST invoices?
- Mostly. HirePOS invoices show GST and a tax invoice format that's recognisable, but it's the AU ATO format — not the NZ IRD format your accountant will prefer. Most rework happens at month-end when reconciling to Xero NZ. Our invoices come out in NZ IRD format directly.
- We're in Queenstown, our customers are American + Australian. Do you handle their bonds in their currency?
- Your processor handles the FX — whatever you use to take the bond (EFTPOS, card terminal, your PayPal, Stripe). YardGuild just logs the bond on the contract in NZD with the payment method and reference. The renter's bank handles their currency conversion. Our subscription is A$299/mo billed in AUD; your card or PayPal converts it at their rate.
