- Operations software for the way you actually run a yard. The bundle at $199 Counter: SMS reminders (saves ~$35-50/mo vs SMS Express), unlimited multi-yard on Multi-yard tier (saves ~$33-100/mo per location vs Booqable / HirePOS), tablet waiver kiosk + e-sign (saves a DocuSign sub), ACL/CCLA/ESIGN-aware templates, 6-country tax-invoice formats, GST/VAT/BAS CSV export to Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks, 9-card reports dashboard with damage rate + utilisation, weekly summary email. Wire that together yourself from add-ons and you're at $250-330/mo with worse glue. The bond TRACKING workflow — payment method, ID sighted, evidence photos, released/captured states — is included; the bond MONEY flow stays with you and your processor.
- Who's Solo for?

- Is there really nothing extra to pay?
- Right — no per-user, no per-location, no "CRM upgrade" or "phone module" line items. The number you see is the number you pay. Outbound payment-processor fees on your renters' charges are between you and PayPal/Stripe/your EFTPOS terminal — we don't sit in that flow.
- How does the trial work?
- Free 30 days, no credit card. Sign up, seed your starter inventory in one click, take a few contracts. You don't get charged until you flip the subscription on yourself.
- What if I outgrow Counter mid-month?
- Upgrade with one click; pro-rated for the month. Same for downgrading if your peak season passes.
- Do you take a cut of renter payments?
- No. We're the operations layer, not a payment processor. Renter bonds and rental fees go straight to your till / card terminal / PayPal account. Your money, your terms.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, month-to-month, cancel any time from /counter/billing. You keep access through the end of the billing period. Your data is exportable as CSV (or pull it via the Pro API) — no lock-in.
- Where is my data hosted?
- In Australia — AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Your contracts, waivers, asset photos, and reports are encrypted at rest and stay there, whichever country you operate in.
- What currency am I billed in?
- One global price in Australian dollars (AUD) for every market — A$79 / A$199 / A$299 / A$379 a month. Your card or PayPal handles the conversion at their rate; there's no separate FX markup from us.
