You take the deposit at pickup via whatever processor your yard uses (cash, card terminal, your own PayPal Business or Stripe, Square). YardGuild logs amount, method, reference, ID, and photos. Released, captured, or partial on return.
Multi-yard included
Up to three yards on the middle tier, unlimited on Pro. Move equipment between sites in-app.
Serial-number depreciation
Every asset has a serial, purchase date, depreciation schedule. Useful in April when you're preparing for the IRS.
